Job Assistance Network 

Our job assistance network program is to unite technology professionals to help find jobs for Bangladeshi people in North Texas. Through this network, AABEA NT members will try their best to setup possible interviews between a candidate and a hiring manager. In 2005, out of about dozen interviews set up through AABEA NT network, four candidates received job offers. We are continuously routing candidates' resumes via AABEA NT email groups as needed. In the near future, we plan to maintain a resume data bank where candidates can post their resume. Also, with access control, hiring managers can pullout resumes for screening as needed.
